 一次線路圖1(單臺(tái)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)) 由于一套裝置中采用了較多的變頻器,因此變頻器產(chǎn)生的諧波問(wèn)題就比較突出。為此在變頻器輸入側(cè)和輸出側(cè)均安裝了交流電抗器。輸入電抗器主要起抑制諧波對(duì)電網(wǎng)的污染并有效地改善功率因數(shù)的作用。輸出側(cè)電抗器則主要起抑制高次諧波的作用。變頻器輸出電壓中包含的高次諧波有兩個(gè)不利的影響:一是干擾弱點(diǎn)控制系統(tǒng),二是在較長(zhǎng)的電纜中產(chǎn)生漏電流,這個(gè)漏電流有時(shí)足以使變頻器無(wú)法運(yùn)行。在沒有輸出濾波電抗器情況下,電機(jī)與變頻器之間的大允許導(dǎo)線長(zhǎng)度在100m左右,而使用輸出濾波電抗器時(shí)這個(gè)長(zhǎng)度可以達(dá)到600~800m。由于聚酯生產(chǎn)裝置往往比較龐大,電機(jī)與變頻器之間的距離都比較遠(yuǎn),所以為了保險(xiǎn)起見需加裝電抗器。另外,輸出電抗器對(duì)保護(hù)電機(jī)絕緣也有好處。 轉(zhuǎn)貼于 中國(guó)論文下載中心 http://www.s上述一次線路構(gòu)成使用于漿料輸送泵、預(yù)聚物輸送泵、熔體輸送泵、消光劑輸送泵、預(yù)聚反應(yīng)器攪拌器電機(jī)等的變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)。對(duì)于后縮聚反應(yīng)器攪拌器出/入口電機(jī)的變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)來(lái)說(shuō),由于電機(jī)無(wú)法備用設(shè)備,為了提高可靠性,采用兩套變頻器互為備用的方式,其一次線路圖如圖2所示。
5 控制方案
(1) 變頻器運(yùn)行/停止控制
圖2 一次線路圖2(變頻器互為備用) 聚酯生產(chǎn)過(guò)程是由一套DCS系統(tǒng)來(lái)控制的,因此對(duì)于不同傳動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)行/停止控制是由DCS系統(tǒng)來(lái)監(jiān)控的。另外在傳動(dòng)部位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)置有起/停操作柱,可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)起停變頻裝置。為了保證在電網(wǎng)瞬停故障情況下變頻器的正常操作,變頻器起停信號(hào)保持電源由UPS提供。另外,為了延長(zhǎng)變頻器主要元件的使用壽命,變頻器不運(yùn)行時(shí)其輸入側(cè)接觸器時(shí)斷開的,即變頻器在接收到運(yùn)行指令后才啟動(dòng)輸入接觸器。 (2) 頻率設(shè)定(轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)定)信號(hào)的給定 DCS操作人員根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要,在DCS操作室給出頻率(轉(zhuǎn)速)設(shè)定值(DC4~20mA),該給定值經(jīng)裝置于變頻柜內(nèi)的信號(hào)隔離變換器轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镈C0~10V信號(hào)并送入變頻器。 (3) 變頻器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視 變頻器的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)包括開關(guān)量和模擬量?jī)煞N,開關(guān)量有:變頻器運(yùn)行(RUN)、故障(FAULT)等;模擬量有:變頻器運(yùn)行頻率、電機(jī)電流、電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩等。 開關(guān)量以干接點(diǎn)的形式送往DCS,模擬量則經(jīng)信號(hào)隔離變換器轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?~20mADC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)送給DCS系統(tǒng)。如圖3所示。
圖3 變頻器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)視示意圖 (4) 變頻器備用的控制 對(duì)于后縮聚反應(yīng)器攪拌器電機(jī),由于有2臺(tái)變頻器需要控制,并且要求在一臺(tái)變頻器運(yùn)行中發(fā)生故障時(shí)能迅速切換到另一臺(tái)備用變頻器繼續(xù)運(yùn)行,涉及的控制比較復(fù)雜,為此設(shè)置一套
PLC
系統(tǒng)來(lái)承擔(dān)控制任務(wù)。PLC實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)兩臺(tái)變頻器的狀況,在運(yùn)行變頻器出故障時(shí),根據(jù)預(yù)設(shè)的控制程序自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)備用變頻器,同時(shí)切換相應(yīng)的開關(guān)量和模擬量。為了保證PLC故障情況下能起用變頻器,另設(shè)置應(yīng)急開關(guān)一套,此開關(guān)允許啟動(dòng)主機(jī)或備機(jī),但不具備自動(dòng)切換功能。
6 結(jié)束語(yǔ)
上述聚酯裝置變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)已先后在遼化聚酯廠、浙化聚酯裝置中成功應(yīng)用,運(yùn)行情況良好。完全滿足生產(chǎn)工藝的要求。與成套引進(jìn)的系統(tǒng)相比較,具有如下明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn):(1)造價(jià)大為降低。成套引進(jìn)同類設(shè)備的價(jià)格在我們自行設(shè)計(jì)制造設(shè)備價(jià)格的2~5倍左右;(2)可維護(hù)性大大提高。成套引進(jìn)的設(shè)備往往備件價(jià)格極其昂貴,售后服務(wù)費(fèi)用很高,而且很難及時(shí)周到。由于我們選用的變頻器及其外圍元件均是國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上很容易采購(gòu)到的,因而可大大降低運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用。 Se cigarette part and max filter assembly. The central processor of PLC is placed in a newly added control cabinet, which is conducive to the improvement of the stability of the control system.
