(集散控制系統(tǒng))系統(tǒng)集中監(jiān)控，各個傳動部位接收來自DCS的控制指令并回饋相應(yīng)的運行狀態(tài)信號給DCS系統(tǒng)。為了降低投資，國內(nèi)一些聚酯生產(chǎn)廠家在擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模時采用了國內(nèi)設(shè)計單位的設(shè)計，同時一些原來是進(jìn)口的技術(shù)設(shè)備也立足于國內(nèi)配套，變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)就是其中之一。
2 聚酯裝置對變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的要求
聚酯生產(chǎn)是連續(xù)的過程，原料在管道內(nèi)連續(xù)地流動，一般情況下不允許其中某個環(huán)節(jié)突然中斷，一旦發(fā)生較長時間的中斷可能導(dǎo)致巨額的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此，在有可能的部位，管道設(shè)計成兩個通路，每個通路設(shè)有傳動裝置，可以互為備用，也可同時工作。后縮聚反應(yīng)器攪拌器出入口電機(jī)對連續(xù)工作的要求更高，由于該部位電機(jī)本身無法備份，對變頻器的可靠性要求就大大提高，因此一般要求變頻器設(shè)置二套互為備用，在運行變頻器出現(xiàn)故障情況下備用變頻器應(yīng)能盡快投入運行，保證連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的需要。
3 變頻器的選型
由于聚酯生產(chǎn)裝置對傳動系統(tǒng)可靠性的較高要求，選擇變頻器必須非常小心。變頻器必須具備如下的特點:(1)、具有較高的可靠性，應(yīng)選用在國內(nèi)外具有較長時間考驗的成熟品牌變頻器;(2)、變頻器應(yīng)具有成熟可靠的電機(jī)在線啟動功能;(3)、具有重載啟動的良好性能;(4)、具有較強(qiáng)的通訊功能擴(kuò)展性，以便于工廠自動化的實現(xiàn)。 根據(jù)上述要求，我們選擇了西門子公司6SE70系列工程型變頻調(diào)速裝置。該型變頻器采用磁場定向矢量控制技術(shù)，可應(yīng)用于高動態(tài)性能傳動系統(tǒng)的頻率控制、轉(zhuǎn)速控制和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制。磁場定向矢量控制方式可以達(dá)到同直流傳動方式相媲美的動態(tài)性能。
6SE70系列變頻器具有如下主要特點:
(1) 有豐富的軟硬件選件功能，如:進(jìn)線電抗器、無線電干擾抑制電抗器、輸出濾波電抗器、整流回饋單元、制動單元、工藝擴(kuò)展板(T100、T300、T400)、工藝控制軟件、通訊板、接口板、擴(kuò)展板等。 (2) 豐富的通訊接口，便于實現(xiàn)與工廠自動化系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)網(wǎng)。變頻器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置RS232、RS485接口，可選PROFIBUS-DP、CAN、USS等通訊卡。 (3) 具有卓越的動、靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩控制性能，能提供強(qiáng)大的啟動轉(zhuǎn)矩，允許電機(jī)重載啟動，具有完美的旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)帶載再啟動功能。 (4) 完善的電機(jī)保護(hù)措施，帶有電機(jī)熱電偶(熱電阻)保護(hù)接口，或啟用內(nèi)置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電子熱繼電器保護(hù)電機(jī)。 (5) 自動識別電機(jī)參數(shù)，達(dá)到控制性能。
4 變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成
聚酯變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的一次回路構(gòu)成如圖1所示。advantages: 1. Low machine failure rate. When the system fails, the PLC control system can display the specific location and cause of the failure, which greatly improves the efficiency of troubleshooting; 4. Spare parts of the machine are free from worries. Since the PLC electric control system adopts internationally common software and hardware, it is convenient for the factory technicians to master. At the same time, all spare parts can be purchased in China. 5. It has the function of data acquisition and transmission. Due to the adoption of fieldbus, the new control system can well meet the information integration requirements of factory automation and CIMS system, and can realize the functions of single machine control, connected machine control, communication and network connection of bottom equipment, online equipment status monitoring, field equipment operation, production data collection, storage and statistics, so as to ensure that the field equipment can complete the production tasks with high quality, And transmit the production and operation data information of field equipment to the factory management, and provide data to the factory level MIS system database; At the same time, it can also accept and execute the production management and scheduling orders issued by the factory management.
