主要系統(tǒng)設(shè)備介紹:
1. 制冷機(jī)選用日立RCUP30AU四臺 2. 地源熱泵控制系統(tǒng)通過
PLC
與制冷機(jī)一起完成水冷卻. 3. 恒壓給水系統(tǒng)IOP選用idec的pro-face產(chǎn)品,PLC選用MITSUBISHI的Q系列產(chǎn)品,變頻器一期工程選用MITSUBISHI的FR-740 18.5KW產(chǎn)品,二期工程選用OMRON的3G3RV 18.5KW產(chǎn)品. 4. 過濾系統(tǒng)選用上海山姆環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司產(chǎn)品. 5. 水槽的閥門選用CKD耐腐蝕閥門. 該項目已經(jīng)投入使用2年,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,對電池的品質(zhì)提升和環(huán)保效益明顯.一種為采用西門子系統(tǒng)的控制方案,另一種是采用臺達(dá)系統(tǒng)的控制方案。可以根據(jù)客戶的要求來靈適搭配。
如變頻器可使用國產(chǎn)化的產(chǎn)品。
一,傳統(tǒng)控制方案
原來的使用方式是:用了2只溫度傳感器,配用2只溫度
顯示儀表
,頂部為100℃可調(diào),中部為83℃可調(diào)。
83℃ 時為取酒溫度,控制蒸汽的大?。囟群蛪毫Γ┖驮系倪M(jìn)入全靠人工操作,缺點是:溫度掌握不準(zhǔn)確,原料泵控制又時大時小。所生產(chǎn)了的酒精不全格。
二,新的控制方案
新的控制方案采用了柔性控制算法,原料泵控制為可調(diào)泵的轉(zhuǎn)速。全程操作為自動。只需人員監(jiān)督設(shè)備即可。
考慮到蒸餾塔內(nèi)壓力和酒精供給量的不斷變化,如采用傳統(tǒng)的PID算法控制存在有:積分時間不斷在變化的問題。所以我們采用了以溫度給定值為控制參數(shù),積分時間由系統(tǒng)自適應(yīng)的控制方式??梢愿鶕?jù)蒸餾塔內(nèi)的環(huán)境變化動態(tài)地調(diào)節(jié)積分時間。
三, 控制數(shù)學(xué)模型如下:
1,當(dāng) △T1<-e , 且dTi/dT>0 ,蒸氣量減?。?br />2,當(dāng) △T1>-e , 且dTi/dT<0 ,蒸氣量增大;
3,其它情況時, 蒸氣供給量不變。
△T1=T給定-Ti ; e 為控制死區(qū)(約為0.25℃~1℃)
四,過程描述:
當(dāng)蒸氣供給蒸餾塔加熱時,隨著溫度的逐漸上升,達(dá)到“T給定+e”時,立刻關(guān)小蒸氣閥門,減小蒸氣量。直到溫度再次回到:T給定+e點時,保持閥門開度。系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入亞穩(wěn)固態(tài)。
經(jīng)過一段溫度滯后時間后,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)“T給定-e”時,立刻增加蒸氣閥門開度。蒸餾塔溫度又開回升……經(jīng)過幾個溫度回滯的周期后,蒸餾塔的溫度就會進(jìn)入T給定溫度的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
五,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成:
人機(jī)界面(HMI)選用MT510,或KTP-178。所有控制操作可以在觸模屏上完成, 可編程控制器(
PLC
)采用臺達(dá)ES系列,或者西門子S7200??梢苑奖愕膶崿F(xiàn)PID算法。
變頻器選用臺達(dá)的M系列變頻器,或西門子MicroMaster440高效節(jié)能變頻器。自帶有RS485通迅口,可方便與PLC通訊。
溫度采集可采用高精度熱電偶+數(shù)顯儀表(自帶PLC接口)或PLC專用熱電偶模塊。
控制蒸汽選用智能型電動蒸汽閥。蒸汽閥兩端的壓差比較大,不允許調(diào)節(jié)閥有頻繁動作,所以通過柔性控制方案電動調(diào)節(jié)閥門,可以很好控制蒸汽流量達(dá)到設(shè)定的控制溫度。實現(xiàn)對蒸汽壓力及溫度實現(xiàn)高精度控制。PLC
