系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝
鋁塑復(fù)合管由內(nèi)管、內(nèi)膠、鋁管、外膠、外管5層材料構(gòu)成,以物料運(yùn)動(dòng)順序該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)分為65mm內(nèi)管擠出機(jī)(機(jī)身有4個(gè)加熱區(qū)、機(jī)頭3個(gè)加熱區(qū))、45mm內(nèi)膠擠出機(jī)(機(jī)身3個(gè)加熱區(qū)、機(jī)頭3個(gè)加熱區(qū))、自動(dòng)縱移恒張力牽引機(jī)(無(wú)加熱區(qū))、45mm外膠擠出機(jī)(機(jī)身3個(gè)加熱區(qū)、機(jī)頭3個(gè)加熱區(qū))65mm外管擠出機(jī)(機(jī)身4個(gè)加熱區(qū)、機(jī)頭3個(gè)加熱區(qū))。所以需要控制的溫控加熱區(qū)共有26個(gè),計(jì)26臺(tái)溫控表由一臺(tái)觸摸屏控制。如下圖:
當(dāng)系統(tǒng)上電后,首先開(kāi)始溫控,即溫控表上電,變頻器不得電,上電后立即向各個(gè)溫控表發(fā)出2條命令,1是禁止溫控表輸出加熱(不影響實(shí)際測(cè)溫)2是設(shè)置一個(gè)較低的上電初始加熱溫度,因?yàn)闊犭娕疾逶诩訜釁^(qū)內(nèi)部,加熱圈在外部,這樣避免升溫過(guò)快使整個(gè)加熱圈溫度不均。26個(gè)加熱區(qū)的上電初始值可以是相同的。上電結(jié)束后,如果通訊檢測(cè)正常,就會(huì)在觸摸屏上顯示各加熱區(qū)的參數(shù),可以在觸摸屏上設(shè)定各加熱區(qū)的溫度,也可以在觸摸屏上改變各加熱區(qū)的加熱允許/禁止?fàn)顟B(tài),以上兩種命令認(rèn)為是隨機(jī)發(fā)生的,還可以用中斷方式在讀溫控表實(shí)測(cè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)。對(duì)于各加熱區(qū)的溫度設(shè)定,可以用觸摸屏中的數(shù)字鍵盤(pán),當(dāng)設(shè)定某一加熱區(qū)的某一溫度時(shí),點(diǎn)擊該加熱區(qū)的設(shè)定區(qū)域,彈出一設(shè)定鍵盤(pán),設(shè)定好該區(qū)的溫度后按“確認(rèn)”鍵,鍵盤(pán)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉,方便明了。
為使觸摸屏中顯示的26個(gè)加熱區(qū)的實(shí)測(cè)溫度刷新率高,采用“接力”通訊讀取方式,即當(dāng)讀一區(qū)后(有3種情況發(fā)生:成功、校驗(yàn)錯(cuò)誤、通訊超時(shí))立即讀取下一區(qū)。通訊錯(cuò)誤的處理:可以為每個(gè)從站的通訊設(shè)立一個(gè)出錯(cuò)計(jì)數(shù)器,當(dāng)某個(gè)從站通訊校驗(yàn)或通訊超時(shí)錯(cuò)誤此計(jì)數(shù)器加1,通訊成功后會(huì)自動(dòng)清除。當(dāng)某個(gè)計(jì)數(shù)器增加到一個(gè)預(yù)設(shè)值(觸摸屏中可以修改)時(shí)蜂鳴器報(bào)警,同時(shí)彈出通訊失敗的報(bào)警畫(huà)面,并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明如何處理。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中,如果某一加熱區(qū)出現(xiàn)超高/低溫報(bào)警,溫控表上的“Alarm”報(bào)警燈變成紅色,同時(shí)觸摸屏中立刻彈出報(bào)警信息,如:報(bào)警時(shí)間、故障處理方法等。方便及時(shí)排除故障。真正體現(xiàn)觸摸屏的獨(dú)特性——人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà)。觸摸屏本身具有“配方”功能,通過(guò)其內(nèi)部的宏指令可以將不同產(chǎn)品的不同工藝配方存儲(chǔ)在其中,隨時(shí)調(diào)用,大大節(jié)提高工作效率。

本系統(tǒng)在浙江某廠(chǎng)已經(jīng)成功運(yùn)行一年多,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行證明該電氣系統(tǒng)無(wú)論是在軟件還是硬件設(shè)計(jì)上都是較為合理的,運(yùn)行可靠,且有著很強(qiáng)的抗干擾性,使工業(yè)自動(dòng)化水平又上升了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階,很值得在擠出機(jī)行業(yè)中推廣。水設(shè)備技術(shù)更新日益發(fā)展,隨著相關(guān)電氣設(shè)備的技術(shù)進(jìn)步而不斷完善。隨著富士新一代小型PLC-SPB的上市,在變頻供水技術(shù)改造上得到進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制功能更強(qiáng),價(jià)格更低的改進(jìn)型

。 二. 系統(tǒng)介紹 該系統(tǒng)為一拖三型式,計(jì)有30點(diǎn)PLC壹臺(tái),2.2KW變頻器壹臺(tái),水泵三臺(tái),相關(guān)低壓電器一批,由于其主要核心器件全部選用富士

工控產(chǎn)品,也可稱(chēng)為富士恒壓變頻供水控制柜.系統(tǒng)圖如下:

三. 功能介紹 此種變頻柜是一種低成本一拖三控制方式,其過(guò)程為1號(hào)泵調(diào)速運(yùn)行至滿(mǎn)負(fù)荷時(shí)仍達(dá)在到設(shè)定壓力,PLC將當(dāng)前運(yùn)行泵轉(zhuǎn)換為工頻,再軟啟動(dòng)2號(hào)泵,開(kāi)始調(diào)速直達(dá)設(shè)定壓力值,如仍不能滿(mǎn)足要求則將2號(hào)泵也轉(zhuǎn)為工頻運(yùn)行,3號(hào)泵軟啟動(dòng)后投入調(diào)速運(yùn)行,以達(dá)到設(shè)定壓力值,減泵時(shí)按3號(hào)、2號(hào)、1號(hào)泵順序執(zhí)行。如此循環(huán)往復(fù),實(shí)現(xiàn)閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)控制恒壓供水。main power house - concentration and pressure filtration - bin loading system - loading station 2.1 raw coal screening and crushing system 2.1.1 The screening and crushing system classifies the objects according to the particle size on the screen surface with holes, which is called screening The process of splitting lump coal into smaller particles is called crushing.
