yp為實(shí)際對(duì)象(電導(dǎo)率)輸出,yT為參考模型輸出(擬合的理想電導(dǎo)率曲線)。控制器選用PID控制算法,即:
在鋁塑復(fù)合管生產(chǎn)線中涉及到對(duì)數(shù)個(gè)加熱區(qū),如機(jī)筒加熱區(qū)、法蘭加熱區(qū)和模具加熱區(qū)的溫度測(cè)量和控制,而在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中每個(gè)加熱區(qū)至少需要一至二臺(tái)溫控表來(lái)設(shè)定溫度和輸出加熱控制溫度。傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備的溫控表只能通過(guò)單臺(tái)人工觀察和設(shè)定溫度以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)加熱區(qū)的溫控,而不能集中控制。隨著3C(計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊、控制)技術(shù)的提高,通訊領(lǐng)域也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,現(xiàn)在選擇了帶有通訊功能的溫控表與觸摸屏之間通訊就能完全實(shí)現(xiàn)集中控制。一臺(tái)觸摸屏可以同時(shí)與31臺(tái)溫控表通訊,通訊方式為RS-485串行通訊,這樣,所有溫控表中的參數(shù)在觸摸屏中一目了然。方便于溫控表中參數(shù)的修改設(shè)定。其系統(tǒng)圖如下:
二、系統(tǒng)介紹
本文以富士觸摸屏和溫控表為例介紹其在鋁塑復(fù)合管生產(chǎn)線中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
1、 電氣系統(tǒng)
整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用可編程控制器(PLC)、觸摸屏、溫控表、變頻器及其它電氣配件。
⑴、觸摸屏
觸摸屏選用富士UG430H-Ss1,10.4英寸、128色TFT顯示,可以與近30個(gè)廠家的PLC通訊,兼容性極強(qiáng),而且還可以和計(jì)算機(jī)通訊(開(kāi)放式通訊協(xié)議),界面友好直觀,易學(xué)易用,大大節(jié)省產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期。且產(chǎn)品型號(hào)齊全有5.7、7.7、10.4、12.1英寸單色彩色等,方便選型。具有RS232/422/485通訊口,方便于連接其它廠家的PLC及外設(shè)產(chǎn)品(如:條形碼、存儲(chǔ)卡、變頻器、個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)等)。
編程軟件
中備有大量的圖形庫(kù)(開(kāi)關(guān)、燈、棒圖等)供選擇,還可以根據(jù)用戶需求編輯所需要的工藝圖形,能夠轉(zhuǎn)換BMP文件和AUTOCAD中的DXF文件。還具有留言板功能用于交接班記錄用。在編程軟件中可以設(shè)定觸摸屏背光燈的關(guān)閉時(shí)間,節(jié)省其使用壽命。觸摸屏中具有內(nèi)部編程指令——宏命令,可以減輕PLC的編程負(fù)擔(dān),甚至有些簡(jiǎn)單的設(shè)備中可以取代PLC,由觸摸屏編程直接和其它設(shè)備通訊。觸摸屏上的并行口還可以直接和打印機(jī)連接實(shí)時(shí)或定時(shí)打印當(dāng)前或歷史數(shù)據(jù)。此系統(tǒng)采用V 8通過(guò)不同的通訊口同時(shí)和SIEMENS S7-200CPU226通訊,和FUJI PXR4溫控表以RS-485方式通訊。在編程軟件中選擇好觸摸屏和PLC型號(hào)后,在其系統(tǒng)設(shè)定中選擇溫控表的型號(hào)FUJI PXR(也可以和其它廠家溫控表通訊),利用觸摸屏中的另外一個(gè)通訊口與溫控表通訊。與富士PXR4通訊的波特率為9600bps;奇偶校驗(yàn)為奇校驗(yàn);數(shù)據(jù)長(zhǎng)度8位;停止位1位;通訊方式RS-485。
⑵溫控表
選用富士帶有通訊功能的PXR4溫控表。它是富士

推出的一種新型溫控表,本身具有RS-232/485通訊功能,具有自整定功能,通過(guò)控制器的測(cè)量和計(jì)算功能自動(dòng)設(shè)定PID參數(shù)。具有模糊控制功能,模糊運(yùn)算用于抑制超調(diào),以改善對(duì)外部擾動(dòng)的響應(yīng)。有報(bào)警、偏差報(bào)警等。還具有輸出限制、參數(shù)屏蔽、斜坡/保溫等多種功能。remove 50% - 80% of ash and 30% - 40% of total sulfur (or 60% ~ 80% of inorganic sulfur) in coal. It is conducive to the transformation of coal products from single structure and low quality to multiple varieties and high quality, so as to realize the high quality of products. Users of coal consumption have continuously improved their requirements for coal quality and variety. In some cities, the sulfur content of coal is required to be less than 0.5% and the ash content is required to be less than 10% – reducing the waste of transportation capacity? Since the average coal transportation distance is about 600km, a large number of impurities can be removed after coal washing.
