拔掉所有的I/O模塊。如果原先在安裝時(shí)有多個(gè)工作回路的話，不要搞亂IU/O的接線，并記下每個(gè)模塊在框架中的位置，以便重新插上時(shí)不至于搞錯(cuò)。
4、如果CPU框架，拔除CPU組件和填充模塊。將它放在安全的地方，以便以后重新安裝。
5、卸去底部的二個(gè)固定框架的螺絲，松開上部二個(gè)螺絲，但不用拆掉。
6、將框架向上推移一下，然后把框架向下拉出來放在旁邊。
7、將新的框架 從頂部螺絲上套進(jìn)去，
8、裝上底部螺絲，將四個(gè)螺絲都擰緊。
9、插入I/O模塊，注意位置要與拆下時(shí)一致。
如果模塊插錯(cuò)位置，將會(huì)引起控制系統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)的或錯(cuò)誤的操作，但不會(huì)損壞模塊。
10、插入卸下的CPU和填充模塊。
11、在框架右邊的接線端上重新接好電源接線，再蓋上電源接線端的塑料蓋。
12、檢查一下電源接線是否正確，然后再通上電源。仔細(xì)地檢查整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的工作，確保所有的I/O模塊位置正確，程序沒有變化。
二、CPU模塊的更換
1、切斷電源，如插有編程器的話，把編程器拔掉。
2、向中間擠壓CPU模塊面板的上下緊固扣，使它們脫出卡口。
3、把模快從槽中垂直拔出。
4、如果CPU上裝著EPROM存儲(chǔ)器，把EPROM拔下，裝在新的CPU上。
5、首先將印刷線路板對(duì)準(zhǔn)底部導(dǎo)槽。將新的CPU模塊插入底部導(dǎo)槽。
6、輕微的晃動(dòng)CPU模塊，使CPU模塊對(duì)準(zhǔn)頂部導(dǎo)槽。
7、把CPU模塊插進(jìn)框架，直到二個(gè)彈性鎖扣扣進(jìn)卡口。
8、重新插上編程器，并通電。
9、在對(duì)系統(tǒng)編程初始化后，把錄在磁帶上的程序重新裝入。檢查一下整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的操作。
三、I/O模塊的更換
1、切斷框架和I/O系統(tǒng)的電源。
2、卸下I/O模塊接線端上塑料蓋。拆下有故障模塊的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線。
3、拆去I/O接線端的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線或卸下可拆卸式接線插座，這要視模塊的類型而定。給每根線貼上標(biāo)簽或記下安裝連線的標(biāo)記，以便于將來重新連接。
4、向中間擠壓I/O模塊的上下彈性鎖扣，使它們脫出卡口。
